Compass Overhaul and Rubber Trim
Richard Munro of Topaz called in today to collect a bolt from me, don't ask!
He had been in the area to collect his compass after having it overhauled locally. The guy is an ex Sestrel man and had done a really good job. (B.P.S.C. Marine Services, ph 023 8023 0045, web www.bpsc-marine.co.uk). Talk to Richard for more information.
He also asked me where it might be possible to get replacement rubber trim to go round the moulding behind the steering wheel. I got mine from Portmere (Rubber) Ltd, Victoria Street Southampton, 023 8022 3628, in case anyone else wants to replace theirs.
