We are planning to get a new gas stove for Sirex. Has anyone any advice as to make, instalation or purchase please.

Hi Brian,

I removed the old Vanessa gas cooker this year and replaced with Plastimo Neptune which fitted into the space and it was able to swing when in the gimbals.
I had to make special adapters to fit the original aluminium gimbal handles, that was fiddly.
But its very good.
They are all overly expensive, the plastimo one is in fact made in Bolton and spares are available direct but not the cooker.
