Kushka, and the Buying and Selling of Boats

We are all glad to hear that the sale of Kushka has now been satisfactorily completed. We hope Ronnie can now relax and enjoy his 'dog for many summers to come.

Two things arise,

The brokers contract is with the seller, not the buyer.
The RYA publish a booklet about the mechanics of buying and selling boats. It covers all aspects of the procedure, and it is well worth buying the latest version when this situation arises.
